I have attempted to resolve a billing dispute with this company by reaching out to their offices on multiple occasions. I made calls on the 14th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 25th, and now the 27th of this month. Despite my efforts, I have only been able to leave voicemail messages for Jennifer, Rocio, and Anil, seeking clarification on my billing concerns. While their responsiveness in providing a channel for communication has been non existent , I am frustrated by the lack of direct contact with someone who has the authority to address and resolve my issue promptly. I'm sure you are going to comment that it was an oversight or not typical customer service, but It's disheartening that a customer should have to go through such numerous attempts or resort to using a public method to resolve their issue. It would be beneficial for the company to establish a more efficient method for customers to reach individuals with decision-making power regarding billing disputes. I hope the company considers improving their customer service protocols to ensure that customers facing similar challenges can have their concerns addressed more effectively. Will not be returning to your place of business moving forward.

On more than one occasion I've received a bill from them even though I have insurance. Every time I call the front desk tells me to ignore it and that they're going to take care of it, write it off, and then the next month I receive the bill yet again! This goes on for months until I ultimately just pay it. I will not be going back here and suggest you don't go either!

The dentists were so kind to me. I had a broken tooth that was infected and they pulled it out quick and easy. They reassured me that i was going to feel much better. Thank you!

Previously I had only been to the TruCare location on Wyoming. That location removed an impacted wisdom tooth over the summer and were incredible. Today however, I ended up in the location on the Westside and they were amazing. I have pretty extensive dental issues from chronic illness and the meds Ive been on for the illnesses I deal with. The dentist I saw today was honest, gentle, and kind. I didnt feel judged for having extensive tooth damage, they just took care of me and gave me a plan to move forward to fix the damage I have sustained. I highly recommend both locations of TruCare.

Vanessa the dental hygienist is amazing. She's always so friendly, remembers us every time we see her.
