Einstein Bros. Bagels

I visit Einstein Bros Bagel frequently and also am part of the smear club. The bagels never disappoint and the breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious. So why the low score you might wonder. Well here is my story. My brother and sister in law were visiting from out of state. We stopped at this location for breakfast and coffee/tea. Also had to buy a bagel treat for their Yorkie. The man behind the counter seemed annoyed and was VERY rude. Didn't seem to want to assist us. I thought he must be having a bad days but proceed to order. When the next customer came in his demeanor changed and he was extremely nice.. wow was this the same person who took our order??? We sat outside to enjoy our breakfast and of course he didn't put in the order correctly. I had to go back in.The good thing was he was in the backroom and I got assistance from the other employees that were helpful and professional. I won't go back to this location. Only bad thing is I didn't get his name.

Witnessed the gentleman with a shaved head and forearm tattoo, maybe a manger, go above and beyond for a customer today. She was very needy and trying to combine coupons and pick up half the order the next day. I would have been frustrated but he took care of it gracefully

The food was good. But you can't even sit down and enjoy your lunch. Covid it's over. What's up with you guys. Don't you want your customers to come bad. I certainly won't.

Perfect place to grab a quick brunch with good quality food and speedy service. I particularly enjoyed the flavored coffee and churro bagel which was a hybrid donut/churro/bagel!
