I'm a loan officer that sometimes needs surveys done for his borrowers before closing. Working with Advantage Survey has been outstanding!! They are very responsive, and really know what they are doing. I know I will be using them regularly whenever I have a borrower in Albuquerque, and recommending that my colleagues do the same.

I pulled up Advantage Surveying on the Internet to contact them for some surveying work and was surprised to find the previous review. My name is Nuilena Garcia and we refinanced our home a couple of years ago and on the day of our closing we found out that our survey had not been ordered by the title company. We were very angry because the title company told us that the surveying company they used wanted to charge a premium charge on top of the survey charge because of the rush and they wouldn't get us the survey until late that afternoon at the earliest which was not going to work because we were closing at 2:00. We decided to contact someone on our own. We contacted Advantage Surveying and were treated with the utmost respect and kindness! We explained our situation and they put off other work scheduled that day to help us out. They were at our house within 45 minutes and had the ILR to the title company by 1:00. When the title company asked them if there was going to be an extra charge, they declined and said it was their pleasure and that they just wanted to get their foot in the door with another title officer. We were so grateful we offered to take them some drinks or something and they declined. They were absolutely terrific. I read the previous review and felt it was wrong so I did some research. Advantage Surveying has been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over 15 years and have an A+ rating with not one complaint the entire time, you can check for yourselves. I felt that I needed to write this review after what they did for us. Thank you, Advantage Surveying.
