Went to buy several flats of flowers for my daughters wedding. No greeting, I interrupted a gentleman and asked if he could help me, he referred me to 2 young women I thought we customers as they were talking. Got 7 flats of pansies and all the sage they had. Got to register, cashier looked at me and said, I cant give you the flat discount because you didnt get all the same kind of flowers. The young lady said yes they are all pansies he said aloes over and said no they all have to be the same color and kind. So instead of fixing my goats and making them all the same kind he just told me he couldnt give me the discount, that I wasnt aware of and didnt request. The order was as 440.00 Seems it would have been worth offering to change out a couple of the six packs give the discount thank me for the order and look forward to me returning.., I walked out and spent my money at another nursery where I was given excellent customer service!
