Recently this company was purchased by CoverCare. Very rude staff. Customer service rep constantly interrupted me on the phone. Her manager called me later and constantly interrupted me while I was trying to get clarification and ask questions. She would interrupt and blurt out answers half way thru me asking questions. This company wants you to pre-pay for service calls, UPFRONT, but they are unwilling to tell you how much without actually going onsite. They DO NOT have a secure way to get credit card payment details, other than over the phone, or as the rep said "You can EMAIL me your credit card information" . SO NOT PCI compliant!! Not customer service focused. As the manager said "This is how we operate in 25 different markets, take it or leave it". STAY AWAY, DON"T USE THEM

Pretty painless experience! They came out for a quote very quickly, presented options, the price was right and they installed the new cover the next week. I am very satisfied.
