I've had shower pans made in the past and was happy with the their work , however I had two problems lately, I ordered a partial counter top and was told it would take three to four weeks,it took three months, when I got it the color was wrong, it didn't match the samples they had on their wall,the secretary told me that she had informed me that there would be different colored dye lots,not true.They refused to do anything about it.Then I had a customer order a shower pan,we gave them a detailed drawing showing what we wanted,a shower pan that fit in the imprint of a tub, when I went to pick it up they had the drain in the center of the pan, Antonio the owner said he had informed the customers that he couldn't put the drain in the same place as a tub drain,he had not,in discussing the problem with him he lost his temper and threatened to fight me. I've never had to fight my way out of a material supplier in the forty five years I've been doing construction.The owner and his sister " the secretary" were both screaming obscenities at me.very unprofessional.if everything goes good you won't have a problem,but if things go wrong don't expect them to do anything to correct the problem.They lied to me and changed their story constantly.I will never use their services again.Shower pans can be found online with much shorter delivery times.
