Seemless process! John and Jeanette know exactly what they are doing. John has the great ability to come in and pick the right style and coloring if you don't know what you want. They aren't pushy and give you exactly what you need to make your home look great. We've used them for years and wouldn't trust anyone else for our window coverings.

Their team provided lots of photos and product specs and their response to my inquiries was exemplary. * They did a great job with service after the sale, keeping me posted on the availability of the product and upon receipt, they were VERY prompt to install our new blinds and shutters. We were impressed! The quality and robustness of the shutters is remarkable; we've received many compliments about them. *Should I need more blinds or shutters in the future, I will definitely go to them again!
