        Cut the water line to my swamp cooler when winterizing. He can't give me an appointment to summarize until 4wk.out.Said he doesn't remember cutting the water line. I WAS a faithful customer for 4yrs. No longer! He obviously needs no new customers. I will no longer recommend this guy/ Royal Plumber. Services: Drain cleaning, Faucet repair, Sewer cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Faucet installation

        Used to work for royal. The technicians are untrained and constantly unsafe and dangerous. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to use royal please keep a watchful eye (probably a camera) over your project.
