I will admit to some trepidation about this company after reading several recent reviews on this and other sites. However, a family member used K&J'z Moving about 18 months ago and recommended them very highly, so we took a chance. Delighted we did. We could not have hand picked a better crew to unload our truck. They were careful with several antique pieces and made sure to notify us when they found something broken and/or damaged in transit. Aside from a bit of a kerfuffle with respect to settling the bill, our experience was great.

My family has used them at least 4 times. They call back and are responsive. They are so reasonable and are willing to shift dates if needed. They are very polite and treat everyone in the household courteously.

Damaged my 85 inch Samsung TV after I asked them if it would be safe in the move. I was told not to worry that they would wrap it and cover it in moving blankets. The corner was dropped and the screen damaged. All they would give me was $500 for a Tv that cost $2000 and was 18 months old. John told me that it was my fault because it was not in a box, I had told them that there would not be a box when I booked the move. Do yourself a favor and chose another mover , K & J are unethical liars
