Cortisone shots worked for temporary relief for me too. Finally if you can lose weight and avoid surgery. This doctor gave the best care I have had in 15 years across the country. The only additional care I received in Indiana was electromagnetic therapy treatment it worked great!

Foot & Ankle has taken over Dr. Pincus' practice. You cannot call the Rio Rancho office directly and get the run-around to try and reach them. When I reached out for an appointment I was told as an established patient with Dr. Pincus they could see me and took my insurance. I was surprised by a $719 bill because they are not in my network and they never told me that.

Waited two weeks for an appointment there was to be surgery on the feet that when I got to the office waited in the office 25 minutes to be told that the person in the front had scheduled it wrong  and it was an office visit this place is incompetent and never use it there are much better options find somewhere else

Let me start with I have never given a bad review or any review for anything in the past.  I feel compelled to share my experience.  After a few visits the Dr indicated that custom orthotics could help me.  The price would be over $600  I told him I could not afford it.  He suggested the front office could research it through my insurance to see if it was covered.  They agreed to do so.  They called me a few days later and said I was in luck!  My insurance agreed to pay. They scheduled me an appointment and ordered my orthotics.  A few months later I received a bill for $670.00.  plus a bill for $90. fitting fee.  I was told to contact a billing agency in NJ since his office does not take care of this.The agency was very nice, but there was nothing they could do.  They told me they suspected I would be calling since they had told the Dr. office this was not covered.  I then called my insurance who had a record of the call from the Dr. office telling them it was not covered. I called the doctors office back they said this was my fault, I should have double checked my insurance.  Even though this was their fault. I offered to split the bill. They said  absolutely not.  It amazes me that a professional business would not own up to their mistake.  We have all had  such an awful year ,(I had to close down part of my business) I am only asking them to do the right thing.
