I have called and also emailed, due to the store website saying it is now online only, and no one ever answered me back. I really wanted to purchase a couple of futons here but then the pandemic hit and I lost my job. I was finally to where I could finally get them and the store was closed "for remodeling". It stated you had to order online but everything was showing out of stock and the one I wanted wasn't showing at all. Lucky for me I found Futonland. Same exact futons but their website actually works and their customer service was great!

The futon mattress I bought was folded in the middle and I have tried every which way to get the lint like filling to go back into the centerfold but its impossible. So I just bought this mattress and it is killing my back. I did not have any back issues before sleeping on this mattress.Is there anyway to get the middle part where it was folded to fluff back up otherwise Im just gonna have to trash this mattress! The prices there are fairly inexpensive and the quality is seemingly fairly cheap. I have been sleeping on an old futon mattress for several years with no issues. I guess they just dont make them like they used to.
