    August 25th 2023 1pm Guntersville ERIC MORROW, OWNER OF MORROW HEATING & COOLING does a fine job and he is very professional and knowledgeable. I RECOMMEND ERIC FOR ALL YOUR HVAC NEEDS. He added freon to my unit and was honest about future possible troubles to prepare me. He encouraged me to use cheap fiberglass filters also, not what I was using. THANK YOU ERIC!

    At this point, I would not recommend this company. I have called 3 days in a row and sent Facebook messages about work being done to my house that I did NOT authorize. I am a landlord and my tenants called this company. I called immediately after to explain I am the homeowner and to not do any work until he discusses it with me and this was before he even went out to the house to inspect. He never called back and did the work without my permission and has not called back. Ive called 7 times since the work has been done and sent social media messages. Doing unauthorized work AND not responding is so unprofessional!

    We bought a brand new HVAC, which works great. But their service is highly unprofessional. We ordered a $200 thermostat, which didnt work. So they replaced it with my original and said they would come back out. Month goes by, still no thermostat. I then message them and they said they will have someone come out, no one ever shows up. Im a pretty patient person, so 6 months down the road, I reach back out. The guy then says he has quit working their and moved to Florida and gave me the owners number. I get ahold of the owner, Wayne, who says this is the first he has heard of it, and will send me a check in the mail. Well another several months go by, no check. I message him again, btw the owner has his read receipts on so I know he read my message, and just ignores it. A couple months later, my wife then calls and says we bought a new HVAC last year in cullman, knowing it was us, and he said you have the wrong number, and hung up. Now they wont answer the phone. They may do good work, but if you have to have something replaced or work on that you paid for them, they are snakes in the grass and wont give you what you paid for or send your money back. I have all the messages for proof. I will be contacting my lawyer, IDC if its only $200. I can afford it just to get my point across. Dont use this company!! Services: Install thermostat, Install AC

You are correct, he no longer works with this company and hasn't for at least a year.We only give those thermostats to our customers when they have purchased a new unit.I'm not certain of what he told you, but we would be glad to send you another Thermostat in replacement.We are a professional business and will try our best to make this right.
