        Integrity and professionalism is the best way I can describe our experience with Albany Carpet One. These guys went above and beyond. We purchased both carpet and LVP flooring and had them installed. Additionally, we had a matching area rug made and bound as well. Brandon in sales was very honest and knowledgeable. Jake the store manager worked with us to iron out issues that occurred with our flooring that were beyond anyone's control. He strived to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with the end result. These guys were top notch at communicating during this entire process including returning calls, texts and emails promptly and even responding after hours.The entire staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home. Thank you Albany Carpet One for all your hard work. We appreciate you!

        It's been 6 years since we replaced all of our flooring upstairs and downstairs and we still get compliments on it. Friendly service with quality products and good pricing. Even our neighbors copied our flooring! Highly recommend Albany Carpet One!
