Maple Hill Landfill

We were dumping with this landfill when the secretary decided to get rude with us one day. When I talked to the manager he not only took her side but said that we could not have his supervisors information. When we went through back channels to get the owner's information he said "we appreciate your business but no one else complains about her so you are just going to have to figure it out."
These people do not care about your business no matter how many times they say it their actions do not show it. To this day dana the secretary is very rude and snarky, and when we show up 20 minutes before their close time she screams out the window at us that "WE ARE CLOSING" they have made us wait for someone else to go on the scales and weigh then took their precious time doing so and then when we get to the scales they will say they are closed when they had just let someone in and we were waiting for them to be done. John, the manager is no better taking the secretary side no matter if she has cussed at us that day or not. There was one day that it was 5:09 PM and they are supposed to close at 5:30 PM and they told us they were closing right then because they wanted to get off early. These people do whatever they want and don't care how it affects you or your business. We are done paying them to bully us and we suggest that everyone else with any self respect do the same.
