        They are nice and bend over backwards for tenants. Just be patient and don't yell at them. They will work with you.

        They let drug addicts live by us for two months! They knew they were drug addicts. When I would put in a request for maintenance they would not get back to me even when they said they would be back to fix things. Or they make excuses saying they are not in alamosa so it's like they forget. I was on the side where the sun don't hit. It is ugly on the inside and so dark I didn't like it, I would have to turn my lights on during her day.. Maybe you will luck out and get the side where the sun hits. We got charged for not sweating out our snow, even tho I know I swept the snow out and later they told me they made a mistake for charging me for it. Such a bad experience at that place.
