    TRICKY/ MANAGEMENT! Please don't live here. I sent an email communicating my situation with a Burglary that occurred in my apartment when I said the apartment management is at fault 'cause before the burglary occurred, I called the apartment maintenance twice to report the issues with my door and broken window lock. They told me that they were not allowed to fully replace the door and window but would try to repair as much as they could. I have collected evidence of all issues that I have experienced since moving to this property. First, on August 13th, the gate to the private parking area was not secure. This situation remained for a long time. When it was fixed, the workers were negligent. The board was left in such a way that it fell onto my car and scratched it. The only person I saw in the office during the month of August was AC. I emailed that person several times but never received a response. Since I was not getting any answers to email, I called the management office several times and left a voicemail, if you like I can share with you later the call record. To conclude, I feel that the apartment management has been very unresponsive and not attentive to the problems on the property. I am a female and I feel really unsafe living here. ** I moved out there on 2021, and I it is 2023 and they sent me to collection and never sent me any bills when they had all my contact information. They did not even try to send me an email.

    They put residents into unsafe environments. Opened my front door and was showered with sparks from welding. No safety barriers, no warning signs, no email/notification about the work that was being done NOTHING. And don't' bother trying to call the office they NEVER ANSWER the phone. And then to be harassed by the maintenance worker when I asked them to stop. 100% UNSAFE

    Unfortunately not everything is good, we have been here a few years and we loved it until recently they decided to dry out the creek outside our apartment which was the selling feature of the apartment. Now every time we open the windows we see an ugly ditch full of mud, leaves and gunk, when its hot it smells terrible. There used to be home of ducks and their ducklings which was my favorite now it is gross. It was so pretty now it looks cheap and ugly. I wish they would fix it.

    I would like to thank the property manager Sarah for making the whole move in process smooth and easy. They constantly have email reminders regarding things such as your packages arriving, events coming up and are on top of it when people arent following the rules. Most importantly, the apartments are super nice from the inside with stainless steel appliances, new carpet and hardwood floors. Valet trash pickup as well and the community has been maintained perfectly. I dont see garbage or anything of the sorts. Finally, my neighbors are amazing! Only con I can think of this moment is just how you can sometimes hear footsteps from your upstairs neighbors. Plan on living here for a long time! Love it! Again thank you Sarah and the Leasing manager for all your hard work!
