Schedule my daughter for a retwist she told me 2 . Came on time at 2 and she told me it would be 30 minutes more or she would call me and let me know . Came back a hour later and she still said we should come back . This is something that could have been said before our appointment or asked if we could schedule later . She took into no account of my plans or schedule . She was very nonchalant about it at all .
This is my second time update
really wanted to give them another try . I scheduled an appointment over two weeks out . As my appointment got near I decided to call . The lady act as if she never heard of my appointment I was sure I spoke with her . She stated I need to let her know to text her to confirm . With then being a business they are very unorganized as mention . Just double check every week if your appointment is more than a week our .

I got smedium knotless braids, and she braids extremely fast! My entire head was done in 3hrs. Very sweet and friendly, will visit again.
