        First time here. Read reviews, but didn't experience anything negative, except for the med at the dock, which fortunately was mostly dried up. I had an appt to pick up the following day, but they let my agent know the load would be ready the day before, if I could get it. The new appt was set for 3pm, but I called, and they actually got me in as soon as I could get there. Loading time was normal, about and hour and a half. I found the shipping staff friendly. I didn't care for the high window, no wind block, ND it was a really windy, cols day.
