This is the worst kumon center. The director is super rude and their teacher doesn't teach anything rather send kids with bunch of unknown homework.  They don't have anything to offer but keep cashing check. If you really want to give your child proper education, send them to some other good places but definitely not this one. Horrible experience!!! When i raised my concerned she asked to stop sending!! This can happen with you too! unreliable! Think before you choose this center in particular. Never had this issue in other kumon places...

Do not trust them!  We switched banks and our auto-pay didn't go through.  We were sent to collections.  Only a week after payment was due we got a phone call from someone demanding money.

I have known the instructor Ms. Long for over 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about her and her center. Ms. Long truly believes in helping each child improve their skills in math and reading. She has received a Masters degree from Cornell University and not only does she posses amazing math skills, but she makes her instruction tailored to each child's understanding. I have seen so many students improve at this center. I have also witnessed very high ability students at this center, who complete the high school curriculum while still in middle school.The staff is very attentive to students and they also organize fun events, such as the annual award ceremony where students receive medals and ribbons for their achievements. Being familiar with the payment processing and tuition policies of this center, I am surprised to read the previous response. They are very understanding and helpful and when a parent signs up for automated billing, the due date for the payment is indicated on the authorization form that each parent signs. It also stated clearly that there is a non sufficient funds fee if the card doesn't go through. This is standard for any business. I am certain that Ms. Long, being the kind person as she is, would not allow this to happen. I would highly recommend her as an instructor, I feel that the students at this Kumon center are in great hands!
