They are running a scam. I received a speeding ticket in April 2021. I was driving inbetween Atlanta and Orlando because I was moving. I didn't even know what county I was in. The officer, who lied about my speed and targeted me in the middle lane while multiple cars were passing me in the left lane, stated I would receive a ticket in the mail. This ticket never came. Remember, I didn't even know where I was to look anything up nor call. Finally, I saw I was getting something in the mail by the post office, it is still stuck in limbo but I was able to get the address it was coming from by asking the post office. That is the first time I got the county name, it was sent June 22nd and it is still in limbo when today is July 9th. I called the probate court and found out I missed a COURT DATE and that my license will be suspended. I was told they have no reason to send me ANY mail at all, they do not ever need to send me ANY notices etc. Now I have to pay more money with the late fees and reinstate my license. This is clearly a scam and I will be reporting it to the state. You can see in these reviews that I am one of the MANY people that have been scammed into paying more. If this happens to you, contact the representative and senators immediately. File a scam complaint with the attorney General of GA and the USA. Speak up!!

Paid ticket online. And they still had my license suspended! Such an inconvenience for me as a full time driver. I received No notifications whatsoever in the mail or on the phone. So irresponsible of such a high standing operation. People have to depend on these unfair systems. And tbh I wasn’t even Speeding.

I'm going to be quick and straight to the point because my story can be very long but I want to give a shorter version for the sake of those with short attention spans. I traveled almost 6 hours to Adele Georgia from my home state and I mean when I tell you I was scared when I pulled up to this courthouse my mind only saw two options pay or stay.Come to find out never judge a building from the outside because truly it's what lays in the inside of the heart of those employees that work there. Everyone was nice from the front desk all the way to the court staff it was a quick and painless process. But what made my Day was a man by the name of Judge may I add your HONOR Chase Daughtrey he treated me like a human and not an inmate ou r criminal he took the time to listen to me instead of form his own conclusion I'm so glad to have met this Judge what ab outstanding person Thank you your Honor Thank you may Gods blessing and peace cover your entire life forever . THANKS

I was on Cruise control going 75 MPH, the cop stopped me and said I was going 89 MPH. When I asked the cop to show me the radar, he said the radar shows 80 but that's for the car behind me. When I told him that I was driving on cruise control he arrested me. I told the cop my brother and his wife are behind me they can come take the car, he said no and he called a tow truck which is off course his friend. the tow truck ended up charging me $300 for 3 hours. My license got suspended and my insurance jumped $200 because they said I was super speeding. I will sue the cop and the county for lying and the damages they gave. Luckily, I see a lot of reviews that had the same situation which will make me use them to support my case. If someone had the same situation please message me so we can have more than one case against this county.
