They have a new gentleman with this beard that was not the nicest. I go here at least twice a month and always have the BEST experience but this last time was not the greatest at all... Only reason I didn't give that 5th star

We always enjoy our stay but this time the hot tub in isle royale was especially hot. It was hard to submerge for more than a minute or two at a time.. and this is in a cold and uncovered space during winter. My partner is a cold bodied person and also had to take breaks fully out of the water every few minutes. It had us choosing the cool breeze most of the time rather than fully relaxing in the jets. The jets were also pretty finicky to turn on and off in this room. First time we experienced that. We got our 15 minute call quite a bit ahead of time. We didnt have our phones in the hot tub space and so we went by what we were told.. 15 minutes. We spent maybe 2-3 minutes before getting out. We each used the restroom, rinsed in the shower, and were fully dressed and boots on before I looked at my phone and realized we still had 11 minutes left. If we had been given an actual 15 minute call, it wouldnt have been possible to do what we did and still have this time left. My 4 star review is based on previous experiences being great.
