      image We were with Highlands Union now First Community for about 20 years now and any issues we've had they've always fixed in whatever capacity they can. I gave 4 stars bc I noticed they are using a new system that it seems that debits are coming out then much later credits are deposited. When things are tight (which seems like they are for everyone) that makes for a not so great experience but it's not enough to sway us to switch yet.

      image Good bank but you can never get ahold of anyone. Called all day one time from morning til they closed still Noone would answer the phone

      image I called corporate office and told them of two unfriendly tellers so this branch was supposed to call me back but didn't I would not recommend this bank they don't care about their customers
