        Ask for Melinda! I had questions about policy info and asked so many questions, I’m pretty sure her ear about fell off. Highly recommend. Very professional and everyone was super nice!

        Went to McCool's needing multiple policies including home, auto, flood, landlord, umbrella, etc. Melinda handled everything I threw at her with the utmost patience and very timely responses. As with all insurance, I hope I don't have to talk with her anytime soon, but am confident with the outcome.
