I went to this awful , unprofessional clinic because it was close to my house and approved by the civil surgeon for immigration required laboratory exams. My application has been delayed due to their incompetence in completing the forms of my blood work including false results. Paid them in cash $400 and sadly immigration is asking for corrected form which is setting me back in my file process time . Please do not go to this clinic

I have been coming to this clinic for about 5 years now and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always kind, very concerned for the patients comfort, and never unnecessarily prescribes medication or requests tests like so many other clinics and hospitals do. The doctors are very informative when questions are asked or concerns are voiced. The doctors also make a habit to write down notes on their conversation with patients so they have all the information necessary to properly diagnose and treat you while remaining very attentive to any concerns or questions you have.

I have been coming here for over 7 years and will always recommend this place. They really care about their patients, Im always seen when I need to be and I am always taken care of. They have been a small business of almost 30 years, built from the ground up by Cuban refugees and being Cuban myself, I feel very secure and comfortable. They have always cared more about the patient than the money, unlike many medical service providers. Recently, they got new staff and they are extremely professional, and speak both English and Spanish. Ive recommended friends and family to go here and they always come back grateful and satisfied.

When I asked they gave me an explanation and I felt trapped in time in Cuba!!! Oh my God!!!
I saw a patient have to go out to buy something because he had to pay a copay in cash because they don't accept cards!!
Another patient ask for the results of his tests and put buts on him!!
Another patient, who arrived at 7 am to be the first, it was 10 in the morning and she still had not been seen by the doctor!!
In short, the time I was sitting waiting for my daughter to be called, I felt as if she was still detained in Cuba and in its disastrous health system.
I do not recommend this place, it is my personal opinion.

Fatal mi experiencia en la visita a esta clnica, es como quien est en cuba, no hay respeto al paciente, no puedes realizar citas es por orden de llegada y no hay un respeto a la fila, las personas sin nada en su estmago para realizarse los anlisis y las espera es ms de 2 horas, entran pacientes fuera del orden de llegada porque se conocen!!! Al preguntar me dieron una explicacin y me sent atrapada en el tiempo en cuba!!! Por Dios!!!
Vi a un paciente tener que salir a comprar algo porque tena que pagar un copago en cash porque no aceptan tarjetas!!
Otro paciente solitar los resultados de sus anlisis y ponerle peros!!
Otra paciente, que lleg desde las 7 am para ser la primera eran las 10 de la maana y an no era atendida por el mdico!!
En fin el tiempo que estuve sentada esperando que llamaran a mi hija me sent como si an estuviera detenida en Cuba y en su desastroso sistema de salud.
No recomiendo este lugar, es mi opinin personal.
