      image Store is nice. Staff is friendly. The major downside is that if you have a box rental and a package arrives, if you dont pick it up within a few days, they start assessing package storage fees. And theyre exorbitant even if the package is small. I travel a lot for work, and I once had two small packages that were there for 9 days, and I had to pay an additional $10 in fees before theyd release my packages.

      We can appreciate the frustration and understand your concern. We have definitely had challenges facing this current shipping climate and ever rising costs of doing business. There has been an increase in packages received and we are a pretty small store so holding packaged for many days can be a concern as we have over a hundred rented boxes. It is pretty important for us to clear out packages in a timely manner. Currently we have a monthly cap on fees at $20 to prevent it from running away on people in our software so please contact us if that occurs as our new software doesn’t have a way to accomplish that automatically yet.
