        So, I drop packages off about 3-4 times per week. It's a great location and most of the timethe staff are friendly once you're inside but I can tell you not one time has anyone ever helped open the door or anything. I was struggling to get in and four staff were just sitting there. Never offer to help or anything. Super rude. I'd you're not busy help customers out.

        I had a frustrating experience at this Pak Mail. There was a FedEx package delivered here for local pick up. I came in with my ID and requested the package. The guy working there (middle aged guy, Jeff maybe?) looked at me like I was crazy and told me thats not a service they provide. Confused, I made sure I was at the right place and that this location was a FedEx Ship Center, which it was. The guy was adamant that my package was not there regardless of even checking. I understand that they have systems in place but I was the ONLY PERSON in the store and he didnt even glance at my ID. Just told me that my package wasnt there. I felt like an idiot for even asking a question. He asked me for a tracking number which I was unable to provide at the time. Ok try again tomorrow with a tracking number. Get a different associate this time, younger and nicer guy. Ask him the same question, Im here to pick up my package. He takes a look at my ID, reaches 2 feet over to where the package was, and said here you go. Wow. My Package was literally just sitting right there within arms length. Thankfully this person took the 3 seconds to help me out.

      Hi Michael. It is completely understandable how this would be a frustrating experience for you. I attempted to reach out to you this afternoon but it doesn't appear that we have a phone number on file for you so will explain here.FedEx has a service called "Hold at Location" that allows customers to have packages delivered to a FedEx location for pickup. We are not set up for this program, but frequently have customers come to our store by mistake while looking for their package that is at another site. When you approached our counter and said "FedEx delivered a package here for me to pick up", I mistakenly assumed that this was what you were referring to, especially since we had no prior notice or coordination that you would be having your package delivered to our address. I asked for your tracking number in an attempt to help locate your package, either at our store or another, and with the tracking number from you I certainly would have been able to find it. In fact, on this same day, we were able to help another customer retrieve her package from UPS that was intended for delivery to our store, but had had a delivery exception because it was missing our suite number. That is the level of service that we intend to deliver, and it is unfortunate that we weren't able to for you.Again, I apologize for any disruption or disappointment and understand how this would be frustrating. It is a disappointment for us as well that we didn't deliver due to a simple misunderstanding and lack of information.
