        I always package any returns that I have and print the label, have already to go- any other UPS store you can walk in set it on the counter and say thank you its all set. Traverse city UPS store: No youve got to stand in line even though its already to go. Doing away with drop boxes. I dont think was a good idea. Will not do business here anymore. Zero stars
