Zoom Drain & Cesspool

Contacted this company on a recommendation from a family member who used them in the past. I needed them for a clog in the pipe. The technician Shaun, came in to assess the work and asked for a signature informing me that it was so he can start the work. After he was finished he only then informed me that the cost was close to $1,000. I contacted their office the next day to get an itemized bill to see why it was so expensive. The supervisor states the technician Shaun told them he had discussed pricing several times with me and also to my husband prior to beginning the work. This was not true. The only time pricing was discussed was when the work was completed. The technician also damaged the cover that he had installed and had to come back the next day to replace the one he installed. Shaun the same technician arrived to fix the job he had done and brought an additional technician. Upon leaving the second technician went to close the door as I followed them out into my garage. I am 7 months pregnant and was in the process of getting a door shut on me and my baby. I instinctively grabbed the door to prevent any harm, and the technician accused me of grabbing the door handle out of his hand. I explained i was pregnant and didn't want him to shut the door on me in fear of hurting my baby. He immediately told Shaun that I forcefully grabbed the door out of his hand, which is another lie. If this is an indication of the ethics and professionalism the technicians have that are employed by this company, I highly suggest hiring someone else to do the work. Service: Drain cleaning

Very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and suggested LESS work than what I had anticipated would be needed which shows honesty and professionalism. Were very happy with the periodic continued services. Dont fall for others false promises and sudden change in prices when they arrive at your property.
