Fast, friendly, & professional. Had a small issue with a 15+ year old shower cartridge and the team handled it in seemingly no time at all. They came in, engaged with you in a way that immediately made you feel comfortable, took care of the job, cleaned everything up and upon departure, you had a sense of relief that everything was taken care of as you desired. Highly recommended.

Responds promptly when acquiring new customers for natural gas conversion. However, not reachable if any follow-up question about your system once work is done. Spoke to secretary five or six times about the same equipment question. Each time told that a plumber would call me. Its been four weeks and still no response.

I signed up for a free boiler cleaning and tune-up through National Grid and was lucky enough to have it contracted out through Sampson plumbing. Great communication with the office and the tech that came was great and very informative. Highly recommend!
