Had a great first time experience with Michael from Ray the Plumber. Had a shower leak and Michael fixed it in no time. Pricing was a bit expensive but thought it was worth it with the quality of work that Michael provided. He was personable, friendly, and even took a look at another plumbing issue I was thinking about. I will definitely be using them again.

I was going through some bills in order to navigate an issue and came across one from RTP. At this time things were a bit tumultuous, and I never had the chance to write the review I wanted to. The work was solid enough, but I found the pricing simply not commensurate to what was done. This was tremendously disappointing got me as I am someone who will certainly pay for quality, but do not want to feel as if there is a charge that in my opinion cannot be justified given the scope of the project. I had a faucet swapped out and I cannot rationalize how the pricing was determined. I paid the bill as this needed to be done, however, I will not, nor have I called this company since. I must reiterate that I write this with some reservation as the people were professional enough, but personal interactions aside, this was certainly disconcerting.
