Best store I have been at yet and now it is unfortunately being permanently closed by T-Mobile. Fortunately there is a franchise T-Mobile down the same street.

I'm not sure why all cell phone stores are so understaffed. I waited 30 min but I couldn't wait any longer so I had to leave.

Used my warranty and it was super easy. They did an awesome job, it was fast and customer service person was very polite.
