        I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jenny to set up my new phone! She was incredibly knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond for me. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I also appreciated how she followed back up with me after a few days to make sure there was no issues or if I had any questions. I would 1000% recommend stopping by to see her for any and all phone needs!

        Broke my phone on Sunday night. For reference i own my phone and took insurance off of it. Went to try to just repair the screen but was told it would be over a week to get the part in(at another retailer) I work off my phone so that wasn't an option. I ended up going into the forest lake verizon store and Sammi was awesome. I got a great deal on a new phone, I would have paid the same price just to get my old one fixed (not including accessories for my new phone) Was out the door w/ everything transferred in under an hour. Friendly and professional environment, very clear layout of offerings and deals and what my bill will look like when all is said and done. A thousand percent would recommend. Thank you!
