I love it here, they have new management, and are fixing these apts up.The manager Rae, is a very humble person, and will help u in any way ,she can! Rent is much cheaper than other places. I'm staying!

My sister lives here. They don't really do good maintenence unless you light them up about it but the outside is nice enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. Seriously do yourself a favor and DO NOT even give this place a thought. Lived here for 3 years and it was horrible. The first day we moved in the toilet wasnt secured to the floor and was making a pool of water in the bathroom. They never properly fixed it and for the remaining time we lived here you had to make sure not to step in it. Our fridge went out in the summer and it took them almost 2 weeks to give us a new one. All of our food was ruined and we werent able to have proper meals because we didnt have a fridge to store food in. Their excuse to not getting us one was that they didnt have permission from us to go into the apartment. Even though I had been calling non-stop leaving messages that we needed one, but no one had contacted me back. The environment was terrible and there was mold on all the windows. Our ac unit had horrible mold and ended up flooding out dining area which caused mold to grow on the carpet. They didnt even put a new carpet it when they came to fix everything. Just put a new unit in and changed the padding under the carpet. I had to clean the mold out myself. Sometimes they wouldnt plow until 4 in the afternoon and that caused me to be late for work or not even be able to go in at all on days that the snow was really bad. They went through managers like crazy and never had any organization. One manager didnt keep track of anything and completely messed up so many peoples rent accounts. They would bring a new person in and then I would go to the office a week later and be told that they had fired that person. Just an awful experience and was more of a headache than home.
