They will try to steal your deposit - no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They make up excuses to cover their turnover cost. I do not recommend unless you want to be lied to and loose your money.

I was a tenant of Belmont for a year until October first. At first they were great. Never gave us issues and were quite responsive to anything that needed to be done. Weve only asked 2-3 times for anything over our term. Things changed. One month they told us that theres now a $35 charge to pay rent online. Then they stopped allowing visitors to use the parking lot (no visitor spots were provided). Then, when we moved out they decided to keep 60% of our deposit- saying that they needed to spend 12 hours cleaning the apartment. I know people leave places disgusting, but we absolutely did not. We even took pictures to prove it. They also charged us to replace the flimsy blinds, and to reinstall stair treads.. Literally every apartment has the blinds get damaged within a month due to the quality they use. The treads were adhered using some glue that began unsticking literally on day one. Ive confirmed this with another tenant. Im pursuing this in small claims but all should be aware. We always paid rent on time and never have anyone any issues. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS! There are many other rental units nearby that dont treat good tenants like this.
