If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have family who used to lived at these horrible apartments. I never lived here and will never ever live here after what my family and aunt just experienced living there. Horrible!!!! They gave my aunt a price which was already a unreasonable amount anyway, then when it was moving day at the last minute, the office told her that she owed more money and put her in a whole different apartment. The basement floods very often, no maintenance, mice infestation never ever taken care of, no one ever is honest about anything when you call, they lie, they raise prices up way too high, way too often. Its also not handicap accessible at all, no wheelchair ramps or anything for disabled. Very inconvenient, especially if you have family and friends that can't visit because they can't get in with their wheelchair. Everything is too far to walk, even for groceries. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are left with little to no choice or in a desperate situation but even then I still don't recommend it for anyone.

The application process was easily navigable online and was a reasonable fee. Jan in the office was pleasant and knowledgeable, very helpful.

Honestly the building is disgusting in general. They have a rat infestation, when you call they send a guy out to lay out cheap mouse traps that don't work. The water and electricity are constantly going out, and the basement floods so often it always smells like mildew. The so called housekeepers never clean, they vacuum the stairwell and keep it pushing. They won't solve any real issues unless you hold the rent money hostage.
