        400 for application, on lower income apartments (1100-1200 a month) that's just robbery. I paid 120 application fees for a 1500 a month apartment recently). You guys are taking advantage of people.

        Paid $400 to apply just to get denied for credit history even though we made well over income requirement, have never been evicted, etc. Honestly glad it got denied because the same apartment number was listed at $1650/month when we applied and now it's only $1368/month 2 weeks later? What a scam.
