The worst place to stay first red flag was the office workers stole renters deposits,re-rented Apts after receiving deposits . Second who wants to swim in their urine pool , teens and adults doing drugs in the open , nightly parties around pool. Washers and dryers always broke, then the laundry room always nasty with homeless people sleeping there ,now burnt up, No security, gates wide open everybody parks there , theft of car parts by tenants , unlawful towing of cars. When complaints pile in they just change Name of complex but still the same management. Manager got caught lying about doing repairs and marking completed, I had cameras never saw them enter apt to complete request.charges to park but lot is so full of big holes you will damage your car, patrients from bar bring their animals on property to poop and don't pick up but tenants pay for clean up, workers enter apartments unlawfully stealing from teanents, always gun fire , fights ,loud music after 10pm and fighting. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah lets close at 10:30AM on the first of the month when people have to pay rent and the app barely works. so ghetto. Sketchy people walking around all the time. Day or night. So many gunshots. I saw with my own eyes a group of drunk guys shoot guns into the air like the bullets aint going to come back down. My AC works, but it DOESNT TURN OFF, its constantly running, and its running up my power bill. I cant even count how many times weve changed management and ive only lived here 8 months. Roaches are everywhere. The apartment next to me is vacant and is growing mold. My kitchen sink, has flooded twice before. But its overflowed the past three nights. So a total of 5 times. I have to be up in 4 hours to get to work but im too busy worrying about my kitchen flooding again. Cant wait for tomorrow night. All my bath towels are currently on the floor, filled with disgusting, dirty, greasy water with who even knows what in it. My mailbox has been broken for about 2 months, i have to drive to the post office to get my mail, I have to drive to the laundromat to do laundry, i have to buy my own pesticides because management refuses to do anything about these problems.

Updated review 8 months after moving in: My mail box has been broken for over a month and still nothings been done to fix it. I have to drive to the post office for my mail, drive to do laundry and for the 3rd month now I've had to drive to get money orders and bring it to the office just to pay rent because they keep switching management. Someone who was likely drunk drove over the ledge in the parking lot not far from apartment units. Multiple times the dumpster truck doesn't even show up so trash sits for weeks all scattered around the dumpster. New years eve I watched as a group of drunk mexicans near the office fire guns into the air all night long mixing with the sounds of fireworks, scaring me and ruining my celebration. There's constantly notes written in only spanish and not translated to english so I cant even understand what it means. Always men standing around their cars outside their apartment with beer staring at every car passing by everytime I get home. Disgusting amount of trash everywhere always, people dumping tires and garbage. The roach problem has actually become worse, they're in every room of the house, forget having clean dishes. Building 12 has had major issues with flooding. Two units down from me I seen the back door open, looked in and seen the entire palce was flooded and covered in BLACK MOLD. I live extremely close to it so I'm just praying for August so I can move out. - Signed a years lease. Day of move in I end up getting a whole different unit I was told I was getting and almost forced to wait a whole extra day to move in. CONS Now the absolute WORST thing about this place is the violence. I moved in about a month ago and have heard gun shots about 5 different times already. Please DONT NOT sign the lease if you want to live in a safe environment. Update: Violence is an understatement, there was gun shots I heard and wake up to crime scene tape and police near the entrance to the apartment. Plenty of news articles to read featuring the same type of incidents. Someone crashed into the fence near my apartment complex November 20th 2023. The "gated community" is not protected by a gate at all as its left open. I work nights and every single night I get to the complex there is absolutely no parking. I have to park 2 buildings down and walk to my unit after work everyday. Tow trucks constantly drive right in the complex looking for any cheap petty excuse to tow vehicles. Plenty of broken down vehicles with flat tires taking up parking spots and have already heard neighbors drunken fights There is a bad roach problem. I pay monthly for pest control yet pests run rampant. The laundry mats are NOT operational, you'll have to leave the apartments to an actual laundry mat to clean your clothes. There is constantly beer bottles thrown all over the parking lot and or just tons of trash in general and loud spanish music blasting at night. My kitchen sink flooded and both drains had water shooting up and slipping all over the floor TWICE. My bathroom tubs paint is chipping off. The management has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, seems very unapologetic, I've never missed a payment and told them there's no way I owe 468 for 1 month of electricity and the woman didn't seem to care and her argument was "well its 32 days its charging you" like what I'm renting a 1 bed my electricity was around 90 a month not 400, come to find out the management and the electricity company were both charging me even though I stated twice already before moving in I set up electricity already. Management changed and it took 2 hours and a tense argument for them to finally fix the electricity charges that shouldn't have even been there in the first place, yet I still probably paid more than I actually owed when I've always been on time for every payment and been transparent since moving in. Terrible treatment. PROS Buildings do look remodeled with a fresh coat of paint and my unit is decent. Nice water pressure and I havent had an issue with hot water or ac Decent price. I will not be renewing my lease.
