We were living here since November 2018 almost 4 years now without any issue just some minor maintenance delayed issues other than nothing but From past couple of days feeling unsafe as almost every alternate day somebody trying to open our door or knock the door in midnight and we noticed in day time there are some people climbing the walls most likely from the neighbors apartment complex(otherside of the road) which makes us feel insecure, I requested and complained many times both by email and by personally visiting the leasing office but no action has been taken, we cant live and raise our kids in the state of anxiety as we are a family with minor kids woking up midnight crying and all. now from past 2 days the gate near our apartment also broken and hanging on floor. I never complained about the maintenance as maintenance was not my problem, no hot water since 2 months but never complained. My only concern was security as we pay for peace of mind but we were not even getting a peaceful sleep.

Staff does not show good customer servoce skills. Rosemary Garcia ran this property like a quality apartment complex. No washer dryer connections.

Worst apt I've done seen in my life don't make the mistake of reading the reviews and giving the benefit of the doubt like I did terrible decision

Almost 1 year here, cant wait to finish the lease. Water is constantly being cut off due to maintenance, we havent had hot water in 3 weeks. some of the outlets in the apartment are lose, anything you plug falls off, I made the request to have them all replaced, this was months ago. Very disappointing experience in these apartments.
