Do not rent here! Every weekend they play loud music and drink liquor outside until about 4am.

Rent is cheap,but my last 5 months left of my rent was not pleasant. They would keep saying they fixed the plumping.but everyday no HOT water.

Ive lived here for about a year already and the experience has been great. The office and maintenance staff have been truly helpful nothing less than five stars amazing.

Positive: Professionalism

Closed Saturdays but all other banks are open on Saturdays. I need to deposit a check and cant take a week day off to do so .

Lousy elevators keep breaking down. Poses. Severe fire risk and hazard for any emergency responders for the call me resident's therein.
