    5 stars because it suited my personal requirements. Easy check in. Affordable. Convenient location surrounded by a ton of amenities. Rooms were updated, aside from the bathroom. Pillows were undesirable. Rooms have a fridge AND microwave. I would stay here again.

    Got to the room, smelled like cigarette smoke, and took a nap for 1 1/2. I rented the room for 2 persons they had amenities for one person. Went to the front desk. I told her there's only one towel, one sope, one little bottle of shampoo, no conditioner ( hair ), And the TV had a black full circle like someone hit it, so she said it's OK you could still see it? While telling me all this like it was my fault, she stated, "Why didn't you check the room first?" In a high voice. And told me to check out if I don't like it! So I already paid for it, i can't get my money back. And the heater vents are dirty. Well, this whole room really is bad. I hope everyone who reads this stays away unless you're desperate. The weird part about soon as I walked to the service desk, she told me yes, I know the TV has a little black circle without me telling her the whole thing? And dirty sheets, so I have pictures
