JC Penny is a standard, and this location just got a refresh. Customer service can be challenging depending on the time of day.

I have called the store multiple days now and literally not one of my calls has been answered. I have tried different departments and operator to no avail.

Both bathrooms are out of order, the escalator is also not working. Sales associates are friendly and professional. Good selection of clothing.

They never have my size in bra's

Went to look for wedding bands. Not a great selection if you don't want diamonds. Staff was helpful but not much to choose from. We are still looking.
