    My fiance and I toured here a little over a week ago and overall we had a really fantastic experience! The concierge was super friendly and the leasing office gave both of us a good feeling.Tori assisted us and put on a great tour of the complex. Toris bubbly personality definitely made it an easy sell + we're huge Giants fans so whats not to like? The mission Bay location is in our top 2 choices for places to call home.

    I've been a resident here for over a decade....even moved away and came back! I've continued to stay here for the location, amenities, but most importantly the community. The people are what make a home feel like home, and the staff do just that! If you get a chance to work with the following people, I'd highly recommend them.... I've known Raymond for 15 years, as he's worked through concierge, leasing, and now customer service. One of the nicest and most genuine people you'll ever meet! He's always been helpful, responsive, and super friendly. He's always taken care of anything I needed, so an ideal choice to run customer service. William manages the front desk, but more than that, he watches out for the community. He's been incredibly responsive to any concerns I've had and has been quick to implement my suggestions to the building. Also just a really nice and respectful guy! Tanika, Flo, and Luz always have a warm smile when you walk into the building, and that makes a huge difference. They're super easy to talk to, not just if you need anything, but also just friendly people that I enjoy catching up with. I'm really glad they're the face of my building! Sharon in the leasing office is incredibly sweet, kind, and caring. And Danilo is always on top of any maintenance issues. As for the building itself, it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, and some things are breaking down more frequently. The staff's working on it, and as long as we promptly make them aware of it, they are quite responsive.

    As others have pointed out, the concierge staff here is amazing and one of the best things about living at Avalon. I do want to especially highlight Tanika Page who is not only always kind and friendly but also very knowledgeable about everything at Avalon. Whenever I have a question or a problem and I see Tanika at the front desk I know I'll have my answer/solution in no time. She takes pride in her work and it shows every time she's able to any of the residents.
