The team at Prism is by far one of the greatest I have ever had at a property Ive lived at before. Andrew and Brooke are one of a kind, and bring the whole building to life. So grateful to be living here!

Limited access to rooftop, under construction since October/November. Expect construction to continue for at least 3-6 months. Limited access to 1 elevator for all floors (the building has 2 elevators) due to construction occupying the other one. If someone is moving in or out, expect to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator. Frequent unit floor repairs which can be very loud. Very inconvenient, especially if you are working remotely.

Had a great time touring the Prism Apartments. Xavier was my guide and he was extremely professional and friendly throughout the process. The apartment itself looks amazing. Every unit I toured was clean and modern. I submitted my lease application and I'm excited to see what it's like to actually live there. Edit 2023-12-31: I've lived here for over a year and recently renewed my lease (first time renewing a lease since I moved to SF). Prism is great.

Jorge Lopez, we regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance.Our rooftop work began the last Monday of November and is currently expected to be completed in February. We have run into longer timelines than initially anticipated due to work not being able to be completed on rainy days during San Francisco's rainy season. Once complete, the rooftop and landscaping will be back to its beautiful state. During this time, we have ensured that there is always the dog run and the East or West side of the roof open for residents' use. As it turns out, this does limit elevator use while the freight elevator is in use, during work hours on weekdays when our contractors are working. We do periodically complete flooring repairs if we have a move-out where this is necessary to ensure our floors are in good condition for our new residents.
