        Great customer service and price for a battery change. $25 and didn't take long at all. Andrew Pham explained the process because they do more than just pop a new battery in, they use a pressurize machine to make sure all of the components are working correctly. The office is on the 8th floor of the building. I wish I would have known about Swiss Chronometers earlier, so they could have replaced my Tissot battery other times as well. Thank you!

        Had a Hamilton Valjoux 7750 come in for an overhaul and is working within chronometer specs. Joseph is a true Watch smith and Watch enthusiast. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
