        While the customer service was nice and they fixed my band and put a new battery in for free, after getting a quote from them they quoted me a complete overhaul to fix it which was over $300. Apparently they had put in the wrong battery. When I took the watch to another shop and they put the correct battery in for $10 and it worked fine.
