Guy told us yesterday that he was going to charge us $2.50 dollars less if we left some copies with them, so they did the binding and returned to us the next day. Today, we go in, and they charge us $2.50 additionally, supposedly an "FS surcharge." (That he didn't mention yesterday). It's not about being able to pay or not the $2.50. It's about manipulation, lies, and taking advantage of your customers. We don't appreciate it.

Let me begin with the store managers were awesome! There is an associate that works there by the name of Phil and his attitude/demeanor towards me was utterly disgusting. I am not sure if his issue was my race (I am a Black Woman) but what I can share with you is that he did not greet me upon me entering the store nor did he acknowledge me. He only stated, one of the managers will get to you. He was sure to greet and speak to everyone else that entered that wasnt black and even went as far as telling me to step aside because one of the managers would get to me just so that he could ring someone else up behind me.

The main guy that works at the front is always so kind and helpful!! They did an amazing job with a recent printing order- super quick (ready next day) and they cut it to the perfect size (printed with two per page). So many paper options, too. Definitely will be back for any printing needs!
