FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I went to this location to drop of an Amazon return, that was already packaged, and labeled. The Amazing, kind, friendly, smiling, engaging, intelligent, and charismatic guy working at this location... made me a S U P E R Fan. I have reached a point in my life that when I find service like this, I will drive for miles to get it. Most of what's written above, is about what I witnessed with the transaction that happened before me, because again all I needed to do was hand this associate a box. Even so it did not stop him from explaining information I might have needed to know and in turn answering a question I had because of the information he shared.

The employees here are lazy and incompetent. I stood behind someone with a pre packed and ready to ship box for 15 minutes while three other employees stood around and did nothing. They argued and fought with the woman in front of me over her payment when one of them should have just took my box and I could have gone on my way. This store and their employees are a joke. Go to a different FedEx to ship. This one is a waste of space
