Great place to get your car worked on. Very friendly staff. Taken a few of my cars there for major work. Just had my alignment done there .

I have a promo code for a free tire rotation. I've called them two different days at three differnt times and the auto center will not pick up the phone. And I think they hung up on me last time. Wouldnt bother with Sears but I was hoping to save a $100.00.

This is the worst Auto Center. I had scheduled an appointment for tire installation. When I showed up for my appointment the manager told me that my car could not be serviced due to being overbooked. They rescheduled for another day when showed up for second time, the manager told me the same (Sears Auto being over booked) and on the floor I could see very few cars (1-2) being serviced. They manager (guy with a beard and mustache) is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked him to be polite, he said it doesn’t work with him that way as he is a Veteran. For the third time the appointment was deliberately scheduled on Tuesday - the day when Sears auto was closed. This is most horrible experience. Finally, I decided to cancel all my appointments with Sears Auto - Everett and go to other local auto centre at which I had a really good service.

No one is ever available in the store and when you call they hang up on you.
