        People were nice, but took my car in for an estimate and felt like communication was very lacking. Be aware that they charge $200 to just look at the car, which was not communicated to me at all, and I never signed anything. the man behind the counter acknowledged this but just said "sorry." then after being charged $200 and not even given the estimate as they were waiting for a parts list, I had to even call back a day later for the actual estimate, which was $6500 higher than the next one I got.
