Kingsbridge Apartments

If I could give this complex less than 1 star I would. The management office is stingy and hard to work with on issues involving rent and pay and will not notify you if there is an issue with your billing or any other micro charges. Best be proactive and save every email you send and send it to the entire leasing office, because if an employee quits, and you dont have any record of what was sent to their email, the leasing office is right and you are wrong and they wont resolve your issues. They are not accountable for their employees and ensuring that issues with residents are resolved. There are plenty of people who park in fire lanes and block the road with nothing to be done about it except take it upon yourself to call a towing company. Each unit is allowed one parking space and visitor spaces seem to be fought over and hard to find if you have more than 1 vehicle. Almost impossible to find parking after hours or on weekends. Trash dumpsters are abundant through the complex however, always overflowing and cockroaches swarm the complex due to the nature of other peoples living habits, poor upkeep and the age of these buildings. The way these apartments are treated is the cheapest way possible: painting over everything, cheap air filters and fixtures and the renovated only applies to LVP and cheap countertops and cabinets. The only reason to live in this complex is due to its convenient location in the Great Bridge area. Would recommend looking anywhere else.

I spoke with Indiyah 3 times about potentially leasing a 3bdrm apartment for April. She let me know I could come in for a tour , I did and Kristina took me too see a unit which was renovated. I was encouraged to apply although no units showed available for the time frame I needed. Indiyah assured me to still apply and they could hold an apartment once my application went through, she never mentioned specific CREDIT or INCOME requirements so I went forward with the process in hopes that everything would work out because she seemed knowledgeable. After applying & spending $80 I found out I was denied. I also was told after my DENIAL that the money was not refundable , I will continue too look for places however I feel like I was MISLEAD & NOT WELL INFORMED ON THE PROCESS THAT KINGSBRIDGE FOLLOWS.. just want to let other potential renters know that they will make everything sound good & then leave u out to dry with no real answers.. what a waste of time
